Mudra To Counter Exhaustion and Dizziness

Mudra - DizzinessThe above mudra is very effective for recharging one’s energy reserves and to center oneself. It is called Rudra Mudra and draws strength and energy from the navel center and counteracts general weakness.

It should be practised with both hands holding the gesture without tension for about 5 minutes and can be repeated three times. One should sit comfortably if possible rather than lying down, but in a situation where there is dizziness, one can lean against a bed or wall.

Place the tips of your thumb, index finger and ring finger together, while extending the other fingers without tension.
