In the next fourteen days, before getting up from bed, think about 10 things in your life that you are grateful for. Take your time. As we work through our list, we will find that the happiness in our life comes from the simplest things. As we go deeper, we begin to be
grateful for the things that we have taken for granted for a very long time; our health and the health of our loved ones, the smile of joy from our loved ones, the lessons we have learnt, the teachers we have met and so on. Do this for the next fourteen days but I suspect that most of us will continue doing it for the rest of our lives.
